The Community Impact and Engagement Coordinator will assist with execution of the team’s community impact and engagement programs and initiatives including working closely with schools and non-profit partners.  This person will also work cross-functionally with other departments including player affairs, marketing, partnership, communications, Rams Studios and ticketing to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness.  

Role Responsibilities:  
  • Assist with community programming and special events.  
  • Assist with community elements of brand tentpole programming.  
  • Assist with execution of league initiatives including Salute to Service, Crucial Catch, My Cause My Cleats, etc. 
  • Assist with coordination of in-game community activations.  
  • Manage organization and inventory of merchandise and donation items, fulfillment and tracking. 
  • Manage inflatable inventory and coordinate trainings.  
  • Work with the brand and merchandise team on procurement of promotional items.  
  • Manage internal apparel inventory.  
  • Manage training camp invite process, hosting of guests and community activations.  
  • Maintain and update various community partner databases. 
  • Work to ensure the community section of the web site and app are up to date. 
  • Assist with capturing content for Rams social channels.  
  • Help coordinate and respond to in-bound requests from non-profits and schools. 
  • Assist with Staff Day of Service program. 
  • Work cross-functionally with the communications, marketing, partnership and ticket teams. 
  • Assist with tracking metrics and developing reports. 
  • Assist with Hollywood Park community initiatives.  
  • Assist with the NFL Foundation grant process.   
  • Develop presentations and decks. 
Role Qualifications:  
 
  • 1-2 years of experience working in non-profits/community outreach  
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Strong organizational, writing, and verbal skills 
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with various audiences
  • Strong interest in event management necessary 
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects within the timelines required and with accuracy 
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, initiative and tact 
  • Consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance
  • Strong ability to work with coworkers and supervisors in a team environment 
  • Flexibility in scheduling ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed 

Salary: $24.04/hr. + Eligible for overtime pay.
