The Los Angeles Rams are looking to hire a detail-oriented and thoughtful Coaching Administration (“Coaching Admin”) Fellow to join our Football Administration team. As a Coaching Admin Fellow, you will work closely with our Chief of Staff and Coaching Staff on day-to-day organization and logistics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-centered environment, can work autonomously, and contributes at a high level.
 
Note: This is a 12-month assignment, with an opportunity to extend for an additional 12 months. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative functions for the Coaching Staff and Chief of Staff
  • Coordinate coaching calendars, meeting schedules, travel itineraries, and team events
  • Organize practice schedules, training camp operations, and game-week logistics
  • Facilitate communication between Coaching Staff, Team Travel, Athletic Training, Equipment, Football Affairs, and Football Administration
  • Assist with onboarding of Coaches, Interns, and Football support staff
  • Assist with NFL compliance procedures, league communications, and internal reporting
  • Manage gameday administrative needs, including credential requests and sideline access
  • Support operational priorities and special projects across Football Administration
  • Provide support to cross-functional football departments on gameday as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or anticipated graduation date on or before June 30, 2026
  • Foundational knowledge of Football Operations and team environment
  • Prior experience in athletic operations or within a football organization (1-3 years preferred)
  • Playing or coaching experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Teamworks experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-first approach
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be able to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the team’s schedule during the season
  • Ability to work in-office and support gameday operations
Compensation: $21-$23 per hour, commensurate with experience. This role is eligible for overtime pay.
