Title: Analyst, Partnership Insights 
Reports to: Manager, Partnership Insights 
 
Job Summary: 
The Analyst, Partnership Insights serves as the analytical core of the Partnerships group, responsible for driving data-backed revenue growth through robust partner proposals and maximizing the Return on Investment (ROI) of current partner campaigns. This unique hybrid role requires a rare blend of strategic creativity and deep analytical expertise in brand partnerships, digital media, and sophisticated analytics. The ideal candidate is confident in interpreting complex datasets to translate complex datasets into clear, proactive, and commercially viable partnership strategies. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 
Partnership Performance Measurement & Optimization 
  • Drive day-to-day management of partnership tracking platforms, including social listening, earned media, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Emplifi, Looker Studio, Facebook Ad Manager). 
  • Track and analyze partner campaigns across all channels, providing real-time, data-driven optimization recommendations that measurably improve partner performance and engagement rates. 
  • Support the partnership management team with monthly campaign, mid-season, and end-of-year reporting based on partner needs to help drive contract renewals. 
  • Managed the end-to-end execution of surveys and reporting for game days, training camp, brand health, or otherwise. 
Department Strategy & Reporting 
  • Optimizing inventory management for in-stadium assets and ensuring the accuracy of asset tracking across multiple platforms. 
  • Track and monitor both contracted inventory and added value provided to partners to ensure accurate reporting and delivery against agreements. 
  • Provide recommended valuation for all partner assets (including digital content, social series, and in-stadium signage) using blended market-rate and performance-based methodologies. 
  • Support the annual evaluation and negotiation process for all third-party data and analytics partners. 
Partnership Sales Strategy & Enablement 
  • Lead in-depth market, category, and competitive intelligence analysis to inform sales efforts. 
  • Developed and maintained a data-backed go-to-market strategy for priority sales categories, contributing to pipeline quality improvement. 
  • Support Partnership Sales by building custom valuation models and identifying activation opportunities best suited to partner Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
  • Develop high-impact sales materials, including validated case studies and custom audience alignment reports, leveraging data from third-party measurement platforms (e.g., YouGov, Futures, Zoomph, Meshh) to close new business. 
  • Manage the valuation, strategy, and placement of Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) billboard placements across all assets, including impression estimates for use in sales materials. 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master's preferred).
  • 0-2 years full-time experience in a strategic, analytical, or partnership-focused role. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. 
  • Demonstrated ability to tell a compelling story with data and present complex findings to senior leaders and clients. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to hit partnership revenue goals while also communicating effectively with key stakeholders in other departments. 
  • Strong professional communication, organizational skills, and outstanding attention to detail. 
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while also managing long-term strategic projects to drive the business forward. 
  • Must be able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed by the sports/entertainment calendar. 
  • Role requires three days in office split between our Woodland Hills facility & SoFi Stadium. 
Preferred Skills & Experience: 
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Google Looker. 
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python are a plus. 
  • Past internships at professional sports teams or brands who partner with professional sports teams is a plus. 
  • Experience with social, digital, and paid media strategy is a plus. 
Salary Range: $68,640- $70,000.
