Team President – Frisco Fighters

Summary: This position will oversee the day-to-day business operations and activities. An emphasis will be placed on driving revenue generation and sales growth through ticket sales and sponsorship sales. The ideal candidate will be a strong, results-oriented, and effective manager with the ability to motivate teams and maximize revenue production. To be successful in the position you must be enthusiastic and creative with the ability to think strategically, tactically and have a detailed track record of management and success.

Responsibilities:

Develop sales goals and strategies.
Develop, maintain, enhance, and strengthen relationships with our Season Ticket Holders and Corporate Partners.
Oversee the day-to-day front office operations including, but not limited to the relationship with the arena, insurance, contract negotiations and communication with the league.
Assist in the development of marketing/promotional strategies, with a major concentration on sales including, corporate sponsorship, advanced group sales, season tickets, renewals, and other revenue streams.
Establish and monitor goals for all areas of operations to create a results-driven atmosphere.
Implement sales training and procedures, lead distribution, CRM, and scripts to establish a consistent sales effort.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external customers.
Set vision to establish a service culture throughout the organization committed to providing world-class guest experiences while also maximizing profitability for the organization.
Work with the CFO to develop, forecast, and oversee the annual operations budget to ensure the team stays within budget while keeping the operations running efficiently.
Develop and oversee a strategic intern program with local colleges to establish a base of future employees while preparing them for a job in sports.
Develop relationships within the community with key members, constituents, and business managers.
Manage all game-day operations, including merchandise, game entertainment, and promotions.
Must have a demonstrated commitment to attract, develop and retain top talent for the organization.
Performs related duties as may be required.

Requirements:

Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in minor or major league sports
Must be willing to relocate to Frisco, TX
Must have a detailed track record of increased revenue and management skills
