Indianapolis Colts 2026 Harriet P. Irsay Fellowship for Women in Football Program

 

The Indianapolis Colts are seeking to hire high potential candidates to contribute to the Club's football operations or coaching staff, while also fostering and expanding upon the Club’s inclusion initiatives, through its Harriet P. Irsay Fellowship for Women in Football Program.

 

This Program affords talented football operations and coaches (“Fellows”) the opportunity to work in entry-level roles, for the 2026 off-season and season, to gain invaluable professional football experience.

 

FELLOWSHIP OBJECTIVES

  • To afford female personnel the opportunity to work in Colts football operations or coaching, in an entry-level role, for a season and gain invaluable experience. 
  • To provide the Colts with access to high potential candidates to contribute to its football operation or coaching staff, while also fostering and expanding upon the club’s inclusion initiatives.
  • To create a pipeline of qualified such employees that have successfully completed this program to be considered for future more senior positions with the Colts and other NFL clubs.   

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

In addition to embodying the team’s core values in support of its mission to entertain, inspire, and unite by winning the right way, Fellows’ qualifications will include:

 

REQUIRED

  • Proficiencies in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; Zoom; football video systems (e.g., XOS, DV Sport); football playbook systems (e.g., PlayerLync, Game Plan); other third-party football information systems (e.g., Telemetry); and football communication platforms (e.g., Teamworks).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

PREFERRED

  • Previous experience in football operations or coaching.
