We are seeking a Football Operations Intern to contribute to the Indianapolis Colts Off-Season Programs and Training Camp. This role will support the Football Operations department through various football events such as NFL Draft, Off-Season Program, Rookie Mini Camp, Training Camp and Player Workouts. You will make integral contributions as a Colts team member and will gain real hands-on experience and exposure to an NFL organization.

The Football Operations Intern will report to the Director of Football Operations and collaborate with other departments and business partners throughout the internship. 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Football Operations Intern’s duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the assistance, preparation and execution of the following football events and programs:

• Draft
• Offseason Program
• Rookie Mini Camp
• Training Camp Preparation and Execution
• Team Travel & Player Acquisition

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate available for an on-site, entry level opportunity
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship
• Willing to relocate to the greater Indianapolis area for the duration of the internship
• Effective communicator with a strong work ethic
• Highly motivated and passionate about working in sports
• Detail-oriented and organized; flexible with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a company vehicle
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
