JOB SUMMARY:

Assist Titletown team members in maintaining Titletown brand standards, marketing initiatives, and other department needs. This is a paid internship and entails full-time work, including weekdays, gamedays, holidays and special events.

 

Internship timeframe: June 2026 - June 2027. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creation of marketing initiative recaps including retrieving data and presentation development.
  • Organize and manage park signage to ensure information is kept up-to-date and follows brand standards
  • Provide suggestions, research new trends and monitor metrics to help reach Titletown growth goals and improve overall guest experience.
  • Assist with the ideation, content creation and execution of Titletown marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with fulfilment of all sales and marketing obligations across all channels.
  • Help develop strategic and unique sweepstakes and contests for Titletown channels that engage guests and/or followers. Support creative requests, rules oversight and prize fulfillment.
  • Provide staff coverage at Titletown events and programs, community events, and Packers training camp as necessary.
  • Assist in writing and production of radio scripts.
  • Assist with graphic requests and other marketing asset submissions for marketing needs.
  • Review performance of marketing campaigns monthly including, but not limited to the review of survey results, summary of objectives, and overall impressions of campaigns.
  • Assist in the purchasing, tracking and upkeep of Titletown promotional items.
  • Distribute printed marketing materials to local schools and businesses.
  • Aid event emcees by creating talking points and maintaining timeliness of scheduled announcements.
  • Proofread various marketing content and assist with copywriting.
  • Assist with miscellaneous Titletown marketing projects, as necessary including researching new ideas and trends and summarizing findings to share with team.
  • Organize and tag photos in the Titletown digital asset manager to ensure cohesive tagging across software.
  • Respond to marketing-related fan inquiries via phone and email.
  • Work closely with other interns and team members as needed.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
  • Prior work experience in marketing and digital; outside of classroom work preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours within a team environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter mindset with ability to work individually and collaboratively.
  • Flexible availability to make site updates at all hours of the day, throughout the week and holidays, as needed. Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Occasionally lift 25-50 pounds.
  • Operates in a professional office environment.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.

 

TRAVEL: Some travel between buildings is required.

 

SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
