JOB SUMMARY:

Assist the Titletown team with all aspects of large events and daily programming in the park throughout the year. This is a paid, full-time (40 hours per week) internship including weekdays, gamedays, holidays and some events/programs taking place on weeknights/weekends.

 

Internship timeframe: June 2026 - June 2027. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.

 

Two internship positions are available in the Titletown office.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation, planning, and execution of Titletown’s year-round events and programs including Night Market, leagues, Summer Fun Days, Titletown Gameday Live, TTNYE, fitness classes, art classes, kids’ programs and/or many more.
  • Research, coordinate payments and maintain contact list for all event and program vendors.
  • Grow and manage all sports leagues (i.e. Kickball) including setup/breakdown, games, scores and F&B coordination.
  • Create event timelines, logistic maps & work with internal departments to ensure events are executed as planned.
  • Contribute to the development of programs and events including brainstorming and researching current trends.
  • Respond to all events and program inquiries via Titletown inbox.
  • Daily computer and telephone work, including data entry, PowerPoint documents, Excel spreadsheets, responding to telephone messages/inquiries, etc.
  • Create documents and update calendars used to communicate events and daily programs details to vendors, staff and other internal departments.
  • Keep inventory and organize all events & program supplies. Work with vendors to provide requested supplies.
  • Occasional manual labor related to programs and events, as necessary.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative needs and tasks, as necessary.

 

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate (Bachelors or Associates) degree in related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and very organized.
  • Strong computer software skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prior work experience in events or programs, outside of classroom work preferred.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, within a team environment.

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Operates in a professional office environment.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.

 

TRAVEL: Some travel between buildings is required.

 

SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

SUPERVISED BY: Titletown Events Manager and Assistant Manager of Titletown Programs
