JOB SUMMARY:
This position will provide administrative support to the Titletown Development and Programs Team. This is an in-person, part-time position (no more than 29 hours per week). Schedule will be set during normal weekday (M-F) business hours.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, data entry, document maintenance, and creating and/or updating spreadsheets/charts/presentations.
- Maintain Titletown communications via email, phone, and/or written communications. (e.g. responding to inquiries, sending tenant notices, etc.)
- Maintain inventory and ordering of supplies for Titletown programs team.
- Assist with invoices and expenses through receiving, coding, and managing approval workflows for all managers.
- Track sponsorship deliverables, support sweepstakes/contest fulfillment, and maintain signage schedules.
- Assist with planning department trainings, meetings, and team building events.
- Assist with research and other projects, as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office software including Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
- Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Operates in a professional office environment.
- Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
