JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the overall safety and security of all persons and property associated with any Green Bay Packers properties including, but not limited to, Lambeau Field, Titletown District, Hutson Center, and other properties.

This is a third-shift position. The hours are 12:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. with 6 days on and 3 days off rotating schedule. 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for exterior patrols and door checks in all weather conditions.
  • Responsible for routine foot patrols through retail space and Hall of Fame space.
  • Monitoring and responding to various types of alarms.
  • Monitoring a CCTV system.
  • Utilizing a multi-channel radio system.
  • Containing various groups to a specific area and ensure others do not disturb that specific area.
  • Locks or unlocks buildings according to scheduled openings/closings.
  • Assists with providing security at special events.
  • Assists with enforcing the vehicle traffic and parking regulations as needed.
  • Responsible for responding to alarms, first responders for injuries, and any other emergency situations within all Packers/Titletown District properties.
  • Assist in any security set-up for large events including game day.
  • Responsible for logging subcontractor visits with badges and keys.
  • Escorting employees to their vehicle when called upon.
  • Provides information, directions, and assistance to visitors or employees.
  • Ensuring security of loading dock and all items delivered.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in similar security role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to respond to emergency call-in situations.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to assist injured/handicapped persons in use of wheelchair, and/or getting in and out of vehicles.

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 65 lbs .
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Operates in a professional office environment.
  • Occasionally push, pull, bend and reach. Frequently bike, walk, sit, and stand for an eight-hour shift in all weather conditions.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.

 

 

SUPERVISES: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
