JOB SUMMARY:

This role supports Packers Pro Shop retail business, administrative operations, and special projects pertaining to the department. The Retail Operations Planning Specialist is a full-time position, entailing 40 hours during the standard work week (Monday-Friday).

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and coordination of special events, influencer campaigns, and other retail projects.
  • Organize and track all specialty licensing agreements, NDA’s, contracts, and reporting.
  • Manage sales recaps for product launches and targeted product categories.
  • Assist with organization of Global Markets Program and how it pertains to retail.
  • Compare and utilize league driven sales reporting to Packers Pro Shop sales.
  • Gather reporting, creative, and information to prepare retail business presentations.
  • Assist with management of calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, email, and expense reports.
  • Act as central point for communication and information flow for Director of Retail Operations.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Contribute to marketing ideation for new promotions, product collaborations/collections, etc.
  • Maintain royalty reporting and finalize monthly invoice payments to the NFL.
  • Organize and attend various meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and distribute as necessary.
  • Support inter-department brand trademark enforcement efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple departments within the organization and retail department.
  • Support retail department with general administration and other duties as assigned.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Recent graduate majoring in business, fashion merchandising, marketing, or another relevant field preferred.
  • Experience with other retail business, sports franchise, or sports organization helpful, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including ability to work within high profile organization.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to multi-task and manage workload effectively, with ability to work independently or on a team.
  • Must be an independent self-starter with a sense of urgency, proven results orientation, initiative, and an affinity for producing high-quality work in a manner which exceeds expectations.
  • Able to work collaboratively with peers and able to identify and navigate workflow issues.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills include knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.
  • Lifting 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Job requires work flexibility and ability to work nights, weekends, gamedays, holidays, and events.
  • Operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

 

SUPERVISES: This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.
