JOB SUMMARY:
This paid internship will perform operational tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Events department. This is a paid internship and entails working 40 hours/week. This is an onsite position in our Green Bay office.
Internship timeframe: June 2026 - June 2027. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support sales in a streamlined creation of event proposals and presentations for clients and prospects.
- Track and back-up financial billing and contracting with appropriate accounts
- Generate specific reports upon request focusing on statistics and analytics that will guide Events business decision-making.
- Organize and maintain event-related files, sales kits and tradeshow inventory, including booth supplies and promotional/giveaway items.
- Connect with clients on post-event to capture surveys and send follow-ups.
- Be a champion of Momentus software and support cross-functional team usage.
- Be responsible for the general events line and forward calls/emails to appropriate sales member.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of Events files, records, and information.
- Act as a source for upcoming events communication with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Assist in managing the Johnsonville Tailgate Village during all Packers home games, including opening and closing the building, supporting employees, and serving as a main point of contact.
- Assist in contacting live band performers to ensure a seamless load-in and load-out process, parking pass management, set-up requirements, and special requests.
- Support the storage, inventory, and maintenance of signage, giveaways, and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree (senior status minimum) in Marketing degree program.
- Prior events experience preferred.
- Ability to handle highly confidential materials with discretion and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in IT.
- Ability to be available 40 hours/week.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
- Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
- Occasionally lift and carry 25-50 pounds.
- Operates in a professional office environment.
- Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
TRAVEL: Some travel between buildings is required.
SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
