 JOB SUMMARY:  
This position will be responsible for assisting the IT team in providing customer service for all Help Desk requests, computer system and device support issues, and all client support for our infrastructure and core business supported systems. 
  
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support upgrades/updates for all client computers and tablets to include operating systems, applications, device driver and firmware updates. 
  • Assist with computer imaging and new user hardware/software setups.
  • Assist with Microsoft Office 365 application deployment and support. Research and provide solutions for end user requests and issues within Microsoft Office 365 Environment.
  • Provide quality customer service and support for all IT Help Desk requests along with documentation and feedback throughout the IT Help Desk request life cycle.
  • Coordinate the purchasing, management, and product lifecycle of client assets, peripherals, and software including laptops, desktops, monitors, and printers. 
  • Assist in the administration of the client monitoring, endpoint security, and vulnerability detection systems in the department. 
  • Provide after-hours / weekend support as required for football, events, restaurant, and retail store. 
  • Assist with training and mentoring interns.
  
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Two-year Computer/Networking degree or equivalent
  • Three years minimum experience in Microsoft operating systems support
  • Three years minimum experience in Microsoft Office 365 applications support
  • Three years minimum experience in IT Help Desk and user support
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Deployment Workbench and System Center Configuration Manager
  • Have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Have an excellent work ethic and strong desire to learn independently.
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation for Help Desk and Knowledge Base purposes  
  
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Operate in professional office environment.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
  • Some heavy lifting is possible. 
 
SUPERVISES: This position does not have supervisor responsibility
