JOB SUMMARY:

Pack Attack members are part of a highly visible “street team” that represent the Packers brand at Packers home games and various Packers events throughout the year. Pack Attack members will work closely with the Game Presentation department but will also gain experience working with other departments such as Sales & Business Development and Brand & Marketing. This is an event-based paid position and entails working weekdays, early mornings, nights, and weekends.

 

TIMEFRAME: July 2024 – February 2025

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Game Presentation department with the execution of gameday entertainment and various events throughout the year (Family Night, on-field promotions, Johnsonville Tailgate Village, etc.).
  • Guide guests and in-game contestants to designated area on field and throughout the stadium.
  • Distribute promotional giveaway items to fulfill sponsorship assets.
  • Supervise and sign-in flag holders for the national anthem.
  • Assist other departments with various events as needed (sponsor events / promotions, fan events, Packers Pass Program, etc.).
  • Pack Attack members are expected to attend Family Night, all home games and other events as needed.
  • Other duties/events as assigned.

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to demonstrate above average communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to manage projects with a high level of responsibility.
  • Demonstrate an excellent work ethic.
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours.
  • Must represent the Packers brand in a highly respectable manner.
  • Open to High School Juniors or Seniors and College Students.
  • Candidates must be local or regionally based.

 

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to reach, bend, climb, and lift on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders.

 

 

TRAVEL: No regular travel is expected for this position. 

 

SUPERVISES: This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.
