JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for assisting in daily responsibilities involved in administering the Packers official fan engagement platforms, new fan initiatives, assisting with Packers Everywhere content/logistics and Packers brand events.

 

This is a paid, full-time (40 hours per week) internship including hours during the work week, training camp, and special events.

 

Internship timeframe: June 2026 – June 2027. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily fan engagement customer service for the Junior Power Pack, Packers Perks and Packers Everywhere platforms (membership questions, usernames/passwords, membership transactions, fulfillment inquiries, prize redemption, etc.).
  • Perform weekly data entry for Kids Club membership fulfillment using a CRM database system.
  • Assist with coordination of yearly fan engagement events (Jr. Power Pack football clinic, Packers Training Camp, sweepstakes fulfillment, etc.).
  • Assist with staffing and maintenance of fan engagement kiosk during Training Camp and other events as assigned.
  • Ideate, edit and create social media content ideas for the Packers Everywhere platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.) on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Create weekly presentations on trending/relevant content and present ideas to the Fan Engagement team and additional internal business units.
  • Work all Packers home games and assist with all fan engagement activations, fan photography, content creation and editing.
  • Assist with Brand & Marketing projects including new initiative research, playoff research, etc.
  • Aiding brand & marketing department as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (preferably in marketing/communication).
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a professional setting.
  • Above average communication skills.
  • Experience in social media is required.
  • Photography and content editing experience preferred.
  • This role requires a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. 

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Operates in a professional office environment.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

 

 

TRAVEL: Some travel between buildings is required.

 

 

SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
