JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be part of the planning and execution of the long- and short-term strategy for both sales and service functions as it relates to the Green Bay Packers Suites, Club Seats and third-party events held at Lambeau Field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish the sales strategy, goals, metrics and ensure they are executed for Packers and other Lambeau Field events.
- Prospect, cold call and network to acquire new business.
- Assist in setting the pricing strategy for various premium seating products.
- Determine, prioritize, manage and report on the premium seating inventory levels to ensure the departmental revenue goal is met.
- Manage the sales staff to ensure all goals are being met.
- Establish the service strategy and ensure it is executed.
- Assist in setting the renewal/pricing strategy for various premium seating products.
- Work in conjunction with the Ticketing team to coordinate proper ticket communications to season ticket holders, premium seating customers, wait list contacts, staff and all members of the organization.
- Foster relationships with existing and new customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Responsible for revenue and expense management and reporting.
- Manage Premium Seating Coordinators and part-time employee positions including evaluations and incentives.
- Oversee continued use and implementation of KORE CRM database with the Premium Seating team.
- Work interdepartmentally to ensure the goals of the overall organization are being met.
- Research industry trends and product changes to ensure the Packers and Lambeau Field are staying current while delivering a world class experience for our constituents.
- Work with the Premium Seating team in conjunction with Packers Marketing to craft our sales and service collateral pieces so they are on brand (i.e. Sales & Service Collateral and Ticket Packaging).
- Analyze research and data (i.e. VOF/Gameday Surveys/Renovation Survey) to positively impact the end user experience for the Premium Seat Holders.
- Occasionally act as an organizational representative with the Media.
- Work very closely with Packers concessionaire to assure world-class F&B products and services to premium seat customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing or Sports Management) or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of premium seating experience in a corporate atmosphere.
- Sales, Service management background a plus.
- Must be highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and use of the Internet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Professional appearance and telephone manner is essential.
- Extremely refined and systematic organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skilled in multi-tasking.
- Dependable and conscientious.
- Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
