The Washington Redskins are seeking a qualified individual to provide support to the Production department in all operational needs. This includes video boards, production equipment, game day entertainment and special events.
Duties:
GAME DAY

Handle the coordination of in-game field presentations
Liaison between the production department and any honorees/guests
Load all game elements including HD spots and in-game graphics
Provide assistance with broadcast network related issues (official timing, etc.)
Create production notes prior to event days
Book game day entertainment & bands for stadium hospitality areas
Assist in post-event shut down of all production areas
Handle all deployment and duties for the Fan Team
Facilitate pre-game shoots at set locations on game days

ENTERTAINMENT ASSETS

Assist with the First Ladies of Football’s social media accounts
Approve and edit content on the First Ladies of Football’s portion of redskins.com
Manage the Washington Redskins Marching Band including scheduling appearances

DAILY

Manage AV and graphics requirements for stadium special events
Assist in the supervision of the repair and maintenance for all control room equipment (including LEDs, HD boards & audio system)
Assist with support to the organization’s Marketing Dept. and their Marketing client initiatives for Game Day and special events (contractual features & presentations, etc.)
Schedule and book Game Day entertainment including: National Anthem singers, Color/Honor Guards, Military Assets, pyrotechnics, pregame & halftime acts, specific game elements, tributes, etc.
Assist with research and proposals of new initiatives and technology
Manage the Fan Team
Oversee the FedExField social media accounts
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications preferred A minimum of 2 years executing in-game entertainment in the sports industry or live events is preferred
Knowledge & experience in Microsoft Systems, including Word, Excel, Publisher
Knowledge & experience in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop
