The Washington Football Team is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager will drive full cycle recruitment for the Washington Football Team and will be in integral member of the People Operations organization. 

What You’ll Do
  • Build relationships with top talent across the industry and proactively identify candidates that would align with our hiring priorities.
  • Execute our growth strategy, culture campaign and diversity & inclusion priorities through the recruitment process.
  • Become an expert on the Washington Football Team vision, culture, and organizational structure to drive top talent to the organization.
  • Actively source, screen, and network with experienced candidates.
  • Engage candidates through the full recruitment cycle (sourcing through offer).
  • Function as a Recruiting SME to help hire the best talent on the market.
  • Manage Internal Talent movement program and process. 
  • Establish and maintain a network of potential through ongoing market research and relationship management.
What You’ll Bring
  • Significant full-cycle recruiting experience, with proven experience hiring top talent
  • Experience sourcing and communicating with high-level talent
  • Experience in recruiting for senior leader positions
  • Creative sourcing and networking capabilities – you love thinking outside the box
  • Ability to engage and attract both passive and active candidates
  • Proven ability to develop value-add partnerships with executive and senior-level management
  • Ability to build and execute quarterly and annual recruiting strategies within an organization
  • Experience handling sensitive information, using discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
