The Washington Football Team is seeking a FP&A and Procurement Manager who will collaborate across departments to support financial forecast planning and analytics and negotiations to procure services and goods that align with the organization’s financial and strategic objectives.
Essential Duties:
  • Create an organizational procurement process and promote a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
  • Research and review contracts and advise departments on aspects of capitalization on amounts, sources and/or timing. 
  • Work with department heads to build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Create a sales reporting package and other analytical tools for the Executive Leadership team for the key revenue streams within the Company, working collaboratively with BI and key revenue partners.
  • Become a power user of key internal systems and ensure data accuracy and consistency for all sales reporting across the Company.
  • Work on other related special projects and assignments with the VP, Finance to support departmental and organization goals related to drive local revenue and cost efficiencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is required.
  • Requires at least 5+ years of Experience with a mid to large-size company in FP&A is required.
  • Ability to effectively review contracts and negotiate terms of the contracts.
  • Establishing and fostering collaborative relationships across all levels to provide a high level of service in a fast-paced environment is required. 
  • Proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications is required and experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
  • Must have a working knowledge of current policies and regulations related to corporate financial planning and analysis is required.
  • Strong time management with the ability to prioritize tasks and sense of urgency to address issues promptly is necessary in this role along with the ability to be flexible and agile.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • This role will require the ability to develop recommendations for process improvement.
