Summary/ Objective
USA Football is looking for an innovative, self-directed individual to contribute to our People and Culture team. The intern will have the opportunity to learn new skills and contribute to infrastructure of this newly created department.

 Essential Functions

  • Managing/reconciling benefits statements
  • Researching/compiling compensation data
  • Review/revise policies, procedures and/or guidelines
  • Coordinate all recruiting efforts
  • Manage on-boarding process
  • Oversee HR SharePoint portal
  • Build best practices guide for intern program
  • Create/update org charts

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Prior experience in human resources management 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven work ethic and commitment to teamwork
  • Detail oriented and reliable

Education and Experience:
Recent graduate (within past 6 months) or current college student pursuing a degree in human resources management, business or related fields of study. 
Supervisory Responsibility
Work Environment
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.  
Physical Demands
Requires the ability to sit for more than four hours per day, reading, listening, stooping, bending, manual dexterity and ability to lift on occasion up to 100 pounds. 
Position Type/Date/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time internship position with a paid stipend of $775 a month. 
Spring Semester 2020 and requires standard work hours.
