Overview
USA Football is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Volunteers to support our Talent ID events across various locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports event management and contribute to the development of football talent. Volunteers will play a crucial role in assisting with event setup and teardown, athlete testing, athlete check-in, and other essential on-site needs. We are continually adding new dates and locations, so please check back regularly for updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup and teardown of event equipment and stations.
  • Support athlete check-in processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Facilitate athlete testing activities as directed by event staff.
  • Provide general on-site support to USA Football staff and participants, addressing needs as they arise.
  • Help maintain a positive and organized event environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous experience with a sports team, athletic department, or event operations is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand/walk for extended periods during events.

Volunteer Benefits & Important Information
  • This is an unpaid volunteer position; however, USA Football is willing to sign off on any school or volunteer hours needed.
  • All volunteers will receive a USA Football T-shirt and lunch will be provided on event days.
  • Transportation and lodging will NOT be provided by USA Football. Volunteers must arrange their own transportation and accommodation.
  • We will contact you at the email associated with your Teamwork Online account a few weeks before your selected volunteer date.
