Contractor Function
This role is designed to support USA Football’s sales and promotional efforts in a key region of the country. They will use their existing relationships and skills to promote USA Football initiatives, generate prospecting lists, and attend events in these areas: USA Football Talent ID Camps, National Team Development Program and Select Teams, USA Football Hosted Tournaments (Qualifiers & The One) and finally USA Football enrollment.
 
Job Responsibilities
·       Leverage football acumen and skillset to inform, consult and influence organizations and individuals
·       Attend and socialize with participants at football events as designated by USAFB, including but not limited to flag football tournaments, promoting USAFB and its products and services
·       Participate in product and program training from USAFB sales and high performance staff
·       Distribute USAFB materials electronically, in-person or through cell phone or virtual calls to potential participants and prospects
·       Drive interest, engagement and sign-ups for tournaments, USAFB enrollment, National Team events and other products and programs as requested
·       Consult with leagues, teams, organizations, schools, coaches, players and their families in your state and some areas around it, although some engagements maybe beyond this radius
·       Fill out detailed reports on organizations and athletes as requested, including updating prospect lists and potentially CRM databases
·       Generate and update prospect lists for leagues, teams, organizations, schools, coaches, players and their families to support sales efforts
·       Participate in some promotional and sales focused scouting efforts at tournaments and events, occasionally throughout the country
·       Add to and Complete prospecting databases of teams, organizations and players as requested 
·       Transport and/or store sales materials, booth equipment or promotional items as requested by USAFB, and return within 7 business days of request 
·       Operate booths or marketing and/or scouting presence if required at events by USAFB
 
Job Requirements
·       Must have 2+ years of experiences in a football capacity involving coaches and athletes
·       Must have a year or more of experience developing relationships in a sales or similar capacity
·       Must have a significant familiarity with flag football and/or the football camp industry
·       Must provide their own computer and phone and be able to reach out directly to contacts
·       Must reside in an area near key markets assigned: Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York Tri-State, Central/Southern Florida, East Texas (Houston Metro)
·       Must be comfortable attending events and meet expectations of representing USA Football and its interests at those events
 
Compensation
·       Base Compensation is $800/month, pro-rated by start date, with additional sales incentive opportunities. Contract ends July 31, 2024. Hiring at least 4 contractors.
·       Hours cannot exceed 29 hours a week of remote work.
