Job Function
The Consulting Sales Intern will help USA Football drive engagement and increase sign-ups for events, products and programs. This specifically includes prospecting, managing sales lists and data work. Occasional prospect and customer support follow-up communication may be required. The position will collaborate with the consulting sales, events, high performance and marketing departments.
 
 Job Responsibilities
·       Assist with filling event and product sales pipelines, particularly prospecting and working with leads.
·       Depending on seasonality, help with High Performance and flag sales, youth organization enrollments, coach certifications, event promotion and/or system leads. This includes updating information, prospecting and occasional customer follow-up.
·       Identify prospects and update database information.
·       Assist with USA Football support initiatives and calls and provide assistance on support tickets.
·       Add and Update Salesforce and Excel lists as needed.
 
Job Requirements/Core Competencies
·       Sales/Service Experience
·       Excellent oral and written skills
·       Comfortable with Excel and software tools
·       Exposure and experience with Salesforce a plus
·       Prior customer service experience a plus
·       Selling experience a plus
