The Stadium Events & Scheduling Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for all venue scheduling, managing the stadium calendar to maximize space utilization and prevent conflicts. This role coordinates availability across departments, maintains scheduling systems, and supports event operations for Tennessee Titans football games and stadium events, ensuring seamless execution and positive guest experiences.
· Primary point of contact for internal stadium space and event inquiries, responding to departments and stakeholders.
· Coordinate and share real-time stadium availability to support seamless planning and maximize use of venue spaces.
· Create and distribute weekly and monthly event calendars for internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage scheduling systems to maintain functionality and ensure accurate event listings.
· Schedule internal meetings, activities, and event space usage to maximize efficiency and prevent conflicts.
· Collaborate with departments to incorporate stadium construction, maintenance, parking schedules, and surrounding events into the master calendar.
· Support event operations through documentation, planning, and coordination of Tennessee Titans football games, stadium events, and other events & processes.
· Assist with event setup and execution, ensuring a good experience for guests and staff.
Requirements:
Education
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience
· Availability to work flexible days and hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
· Familiarity with Venues Ops/ Momentous or similar booking and scheduling software.
· Comfortable working in a fast paced and evolving environment.
· Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
· Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
· Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and adaptability in daily tasks.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
· In-office position based in a corporate environment with individual workspaces and shared common areas
· Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders, along with active listening abilities to understand and respond appropriately to diverse audiences in both individual and group settings.
