The Tennessee Titans have a need for a part-time Fan Services Assistant. This individual should possess exemplary customer service, communication and organizational skills. The Fan Services Assistant will assist in the preparation of all Tennessee Titans home games as it relates to the Fan Services gameday staff. The Fan Services Assistant will provide guidance and direction to all Fan Services Representatives to ensure Tennessee Titans Season Ticket Members and other stadium guests receive superior customer service.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all Nissan Stadium patrons
  • Communicate with Fan Services Representatives throughout the year
  • Prepare event supplies, booths, documentation, maps, etc. 
  • Relay event information, reminders, and policy changes to Representatives 
  • Provide instruction and general assistance on event days to Fan Services Representatives
  • Diffuse escalated customer service issues as needed
  • Assist with post-event follow-up and notation in the Season Ticket Member database
  • Interview, train and assign new Fan Service Representatives
  • Other Season Ticket Services duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Must have proficient computer skills and experience with MS Office
  • Ability to travel around the stadium on event days
  • Must have the ability to participate in some physical activity including lifting, standing for long periods of time, etc.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours (up to 30 hours per week), including evenings, weekends and holidays, as assigned by a supervisor
  • Must be able to work ALL ten Titans home games at Nissan Stadium during the 2018 season
  • Middle Tennessee residents preferred, but not required. Must be willing to relocate at own expense if not a local resident
