The Tennessee Titans are looking for an agile, customer-centric, and data-driven Paid Media Coordinator who will be responsible for executing and maintaining cross-departmental paid marketing campaigns. This candidate will be expected to coordinate advanced media buying and paid digital campaigns, including building targeted audience segments, performance optimization, and budget management, across a variety of advertising channels. 
The Paid Media Coordinator will work under the direction of the Director, Business Intelligence & Marketing Strategy, and will work closely with the Ticket Sales, Season Ticket Memberships, Premium Sales & Service, Stadium Operations, Digital and Marketing teams to ensure a positive impact in generating revenue, retention, and fan engagement.

  • Oversee digital and traditional media planning and buying process, including multi-channel media buys, paid social, programmatic, display, television, streaming platforms, radio, out of home, newspaper and local print publications 
  • Execute, optimize and analyze paid marketing campaigns in support of ticket sales, marketing and sponsorship initiatives to maximize performance and return on ad spend
  • Assist with the development of paid media strategies based on audience segmentation, customization, and other tactics to achieve revenue, lead generation and brand growth 
  • Analyze behavioral data from multiple platforms and data sources and provide recommendations to adjust marketing and media buying strategies
  • Maintain a paid media calendar and provide status and budget documents to key stakeholders
  • Assist with writing ad copy and work with creative and video production department to ensure creative is aligned with messaging and engaging for the target audience 
  • Provide reports and recap materials for marketing campaigns and paid media performance 
  • Identify and implement testing methodologies to improve conversation rates and optimize campaign results
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Digital/Social, Marketing or Strategy role
  • Experience with SEM, digital media buying, and advertising campaign optimization on platforms including Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
  • Proficient in Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Display Network, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics preferred
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking and pixels
  • Highly organized and detail‐oriented
  • Ability to multi‐task independently in fast‐paced environment and meet quick deadlines
  • Must possess advanced level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
