The Mobile Ticketing Specialist is responsible for helping to solve and handle mobile ticketing related issues at entrance points around Nissan Stadium during games and events.  The Mobile Ticketing Specialist will have the knowledge and understanding of mobile ticketing, the Titans mobile App and Ticketmaster/related ticketing apps.  They will be responsible for assisting guests with accessing, transferring and accepting tickets prior to entering Nissan Stadium while providing world-class customer service to all guests.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Engage with all guests in a professional, outgoing and friendly manner.
  • Be knowledgeable with all aspects of Nissan Stadium and Titans gameday events.
  • Address issues and questions related to mobile tickets such as accessing tickets, accepting tickets, transferring tickets, etc.
  • Assist in resolving concerns related to mobile tickets prior to and during each event.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of mobile ticketing and related apps and team apps.
  • Attend any required training.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to work all Titans home games.
  • Must be able to work in outdoor conditions.
  • Customer service first mentality.
  • Patient and able to clearly relay instructions.
  • Experience with mobile devices and ticket related apps.
  • This position is part time, working on event days only.
