The Tennessee Titans are seeking a strategic and enthusiastic Manger, Fan Engagement – Youth to lead and execute year-round fan engagement strategies, particularly targeting youth audiences to activate the next generation of Titans fans. This individual will manage all aspects of programming for the Titans Kids Club and in-market activations such as Draft, Training Camp and game-day events. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have proven experience and success implementing new programs and events to strengthen brand loyalty and grow the fan base. Reporting to the Fan Engagement Manager, the Manager, Fan Engagement – Youth will work alongside the Entertainment & Fan Engagement team, while collaborating cross functionally across other departments to ensure cohesive execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and execution on long-term fan engagement plans for youth engagement in-market via year-round programs and events. Strategize and create long-term plans for youth fan engagement in market via year-round programs and events.
- Manage year-round programming plan for Titans Kids Club (Rac-Pack), regional market outreach, and more, including campaign briefs utilizing Wrike, events, promotional efforts, database management, fulfillment, etc.
- Activate year-round fan engagement programs and events, including Draft, Training Camp, Kickoff Week, tailgates, and more, aimed at measurably strengthening the relationship between the team and key fan segments.
- Collaborate with internal groups to plan, communicate, and execute all aspects of marketing programs and events, including Partnerships, Ticketing, Marketing Insights, and Creative teams.
- Execute regional and in-market fan development and grassroots marketing strategies (both active and passive) to strengthen brand affinity and drive fan growth.
- Maintain inventory and handle fulfillment of giveaways and merchandise for the Fan Engagement department.
- Assist with preparing presentation materials on program strategy, growth, effectiveness and campaign/event recaps.
- Serve as main point of contact on daily communication with Titans Kids Club, and general fans via the Marketing email address.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Fan Engagement, Marketing, Hospitality or related field. Focus on youth programming is preferred.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills, including creation of compelling and strategic proposals, documentation, and presentations.
- Knowledgeable about the latest technology, social media, and cultural trends.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, across internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic and outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Operate with integrity and respect with all internal and external business endeavors.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in software programs including CAD, Wrike, and TeamApp preferred, but not required.
- Experience in event planning preferred but not required.
