The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with general handyman work and facilities technician tasks at Nissan Stadium. Building maintenance duties could include semi-skilled, plumbing, electrical, and other repair work not requiring a licensed professional. This is a part-time position working on average, 29 hours per week. 

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs in Nissan Stadium
  • Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment
  • Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
  • Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance for HVAC systems, including filter changes and basic cleaning
  • Maintain building doors, including minor hardware updates and repairs
  • Replace and/or repair ceiling tiles and suspended ceiling elements
  • Repair or replace lighting and electrical elements (fixtures, bulbs, dimmer switches, wall sockets, etc.)
  • Unclog drains and toilets
  • Minor construction projects (ie: simple cement projects, building storage shelving, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Hang plaques, pictures, and other wall-hangings

  • Assist in building security, lock/unlock entrances and turn on and off all lights
  • Seasonal outside maintenance, including keeping exterior building lighting clean and functional

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of various tools and equipment used in maintenance and repairs
  • Proficient in basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal team members and external vendors and visitors
  • Possess a team-oriented work style with a "can-do" attitude, working with a team to achieve the common goal.
  • Ability to perform the following: regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently standing up and moving about the work area, frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility, frequently bending, stooping and kneeling, frequently working in weather exposed areas around heavy equipment
