The Tennessee Titans are seeking an Inside Sales Executive, Groups Tickets. This is a temporary, full-time position, that will run through the end of the 2026-2027 Titans season. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and sales experience in a sports or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate ticket revenue through group sales, season ticket sales, and partial plans via outbound sales campaigns
  • Make a required minimum of outbound sales calls each day to meet established sales objectives
  • Conduct structured solicitation through outbound calls and face-to-face appointments
  • Document all customer communication in CRM
  • Assist at games and other special events with the intent of cultivating new sales and group prospects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Sales and/or service experience in a sports or hospitality industry preferred
  • Must be comfortable making cold calls
  • Must have strong customer service skills
  • Focused on obtaining a career in the professional sports industry
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with MS Office
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as Unify and CRM preferred
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as necessary
  • Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to provide own transportation to/from work and events outside of normal business hours and normal work location
