The Director of F&B and Merchandise Operations is responsible for overseeing Nissan Stadium’s concessions and merchandise partners to design and meet organizational goals and standards, maximize revenue potential and incorporate cross-departmental initiatives while streamlining the day-to-day operations. This role will collaborate with team leaders in marketing, stadium experience, strategy & analytics, corporate partnerships and more to create processes and checkpoints that ensure all organizational objectives are met. The Director, F&B and Merchandise Operations will report to the Head of Stadium, Revenue and Strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison for concessionaire, merchandise vendor and other related partners and providers to the rest of the organization.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for maximizing vendor resources and revenue while prioritizing Titans and Nissan Stadium brand and experience standards.
  • Coordinate with the Titans’ concessionaire and merchandise partner to ensure compliance with service agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop collateral and campaigns that align with revenue and brand objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and detailed plans to support service changes and evolving operational needs based on event surveys, insights and specific promoter needs.
  • Champion in-store and digital merchandise campaigns with operational support.
  • Support and manage proper day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • 6 + years related work experience in the F&B, merchandise or hospitality industries.
  • Financial acumen and business development skills, including demonstrated understanding of P&L management.
  • Passion for entertainment business and compassion for people.
  • Creative problem-solver and proactive worker.
  • Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Capable and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse personalities and work collaboratively.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
