The Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the organization and the department in execution of its marketing initiatives. The Intern will support the day to day activity of research studies and various marketing tasks, working closely with Marketing Manager on research campaigns throughout the year. 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage various marketing research initiatives including survey creation, distribution, and analysis
  • Create analytic reports using Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and highlight key takeaways from studies
  • Help manage communication and logistics of Seahawks Gameday Experience Program and Fan Advisory Network
  • Support Marketing Department with various event creation, registration and management using the Eventbrite system
  • Assist Direct Marketing Specialist and Marketing Coordinator with email and database tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to learn new marketing systems quickly and efficiently 
  • Complete tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager and other Marketing Department leaders
  • Act as an ambassador of the Seattle Seahawks brand, providing top notch customer service to Season Ticket Holders and fans
Required Skills:
  • Recent graduate from four-year college or university with Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Experience using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), marketing research software (Turnkey, Scarborough), marketing automation systems (Eloqua), or event management systems (Eventbrite) is preferable, but not required.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Time Frame: 
Most of our intern placements will last the duration of the NFL season (approx. late June or early July – February). 
Applicant must: 
  • Be currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a four year college or university. Grad school students are eligible to apply as well.
  • Have authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Have a current driver’s license
  • Be able to work 30 hours per week as well as game day/nights, weekends and other various events

Selection Process:
Final applicants will be contacted and invited to participate in our interview process starting in early May. All interviews will take place at our team headquarters in Renton or at our stadium in Seattle and must be done in person. Further, we will not pay for any interview related expenses such as travel or lodging; these expenses are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
