The Pittsburgh Steelers are seeking a full-time post-graduate Photography Associate. Photography is a critical part of the Steelers overall content plans, and the associate will support the Senior Manager of Photography in a variety of areas. They should be enthusiastic, creative, and possess a strong attention to detail.  We are seeking candidates who can work 40 hours per week with fluctuating hours to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
**This is a paid associate/intern position. The term for this position is for one year, with option to extend for second year.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Capture high-quality and compelling photographs for a variety of team platforms.
• Photograph community, marketing, practice, and stadium events.
• Edit photos, prepare, and publish galleries to website.
• Assist in archival processing and metadata management of digital assets.
• Assist with studio photoshoots.
• Assist on game days as needed.
• Represent the Pittsburgh Steelers in a positive and professional manner.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.  Ability to bend, stoop, sit as need.  Must be able to lift and carry equipment (up to 20 lbs) for an extended period of time.
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Ideal candidate must have a minimum of a two-year associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Photo Mechanic, Photoshop, Adobe software, and Microsoft Office.
• Adept in studio lighting techniques and equipment.
• Qualified candidate must possess superior organizational skills and be able to function in a fast-paced, deadline driven setting, both independently and as part of a larger team.
• Individual must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to provide a link to a professional photographic portfolio.
