·       Assist Marketing department with event planning and execution including but not limited to, Draft Party, SteelHERS Social, Steelers Training Camp, Run/Walk, Alumni Weekend Dinner, Steelers Style, Hall of Honor Dinner, and any other events throughout the calendar year.

·       Assist Marketing department with planning and execution of activations on Steelers Game Days throughout the 2026 season.

·       Coordinate event details with other internal departments along with external vendors.

·       Assist with management of Steelers Brand Ambassador Program including recruiting, scheduling, and payroll management of part time staff.

·       Manage inventory of department warehouses and storage spaces.

·       Perform additional duties as assigned.

·       Applicants should be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·       Applicants are expected to work nights, weekends, and holidays in accordance with the Steelers event calendar.

·       Applicants must have reliable form of transportation.

·       Applicants must be able to lift at least 20 pounds to adequately perform their duties.
