Acrisure Stadium is seeking a highly organized and energetic Full-Time Guest Experience Intern to join our team. As the Guest Experience Intern, you will work to grow and enhance the fan experience for all guests at Acrisure Stadium. The person in this role will work 9:00AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday in addition to game days and private events for a term of one year (with optional second year). The compensation for this position is $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
• Support the Guest Experience team in delivering a consistent, best in class daily tour and museum experience.
• Assist in scheduling, supervising, hiring, onboarding, and training tour guides and museum staff; manage call-offs, schedule changes, and team member requests.
• Manage all inbound tour and museum communications (phone and email), including scheduling, cancellations, rebookings, refunds, and guest inquiries.
• Track, monitor, and respond to guest feedback, complaints, service recovery needs, and online reviews for tours and museum experiences.
• Coordinate tour logistics with internal partners, including Club Events, Facilities, Housekeeping, Marketing, Sponsorship, and Aramark, to support private events, school groups, catering needs, and limited-access areas.
• Create and distribute monthly tour calendar to internal teams, including security, merchandise, reception, and housekeeping.
• Generate group invoices and manage advance tour communications, including serving as Tour Supervisor for Game Day Tours.
• Ensure tour routes and visitor areas meet cleanliness, safety, and ADA compliance standards, particularly during maintenance or construction periods.
• Maintain relationships with external partners such as schools, travel agencies, and community organizations to attract tour groups and drive new business.
• Oversee staff incentives and rewards programs.
• Evaluate and enhance tour and museum programs by researching improvements, developing interactive and educational elements, and contributing to new offerings.
• Assist the Guest Experience Department with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Leadership skills and ability to work with and manage a team
