Responsibilities & Duties:
• Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of football technology systems, including storage servers, coaching platforms, and network infrastructure.
• Support all football-related audiovisual systems, including meeting room technology, replay systems, and coaching presentation tools.
• Coordinate setup and operation of practice field technology, including PTZ cameras, fiber connectivity, and video capture equipment such as DVSport Rewind or Catapult Live Capture.
• Assist with installation, upgrades, and testing of emerging football technologies and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with football operations, coaching staff, IT personnel, and stadium operations to support all technology initiatives.
• Manage and implement large-scale technology projects that enhance coaching operations and video workflow efficiency.
• Main point of contact for the defensive side of ball with Coach’s requests such as automated cutups within Catapult as well as headings and overlays.
• Utilize Catapult: Import and mark practice and games, workout and game footage; import and resolve games; organize and share practice footage for position groups; mark TV copies; use Pro Football Focus to find and make cutups for coaching staff.
• Operate 8K Solutions PTZ Cameras: setup cameras, controllers, and recorders; breakdown cameras after practice; film end zone, sideline, pole or ground cameras as needed for practices. Setup and operate tablets and video board used during practice.  Edit and share practice for internal use.
• Assist in setting up cameras, controllers and recorders for gameday.  Film or edit for ingest into XOS ; assist with other game day duties as assigned. Collect and load iPads post-game for coaching, scouting, and personnel.
• Prepare and troubleshoot facilities and arrange meeting rooms as requested by the coaching staff; set up coaches, personnel, and scouting offices as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
• 5 years of experience in the video department with an NFL club is strongly preferred
• Experience using Catapult Software, 8K Solutions Cameras, and Pro Football Focus.
• Must be able to work non-traditional hours throughout the entire duration of the position.  This includes nights and evenings, early mornings, holidays, and weekends. 
• Some travel will be required.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and customer service skills 
• Positive enthusiasm, friendly demeanor, and professionalism   
• Takes initiative, is adaptable and can work as a part of a team in a dynamic environment 
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time in varying weather conditions, climb up/down bleacher stairs and lift heavy objects.
