The Pittsburgh Steelers are looking for a full-time Alumni & Youth Football Associate who will support the Sr. Manager of Alumni Relations & Youth Football. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of detail-oriented tasks with a positive attitude and professionalism. The position requires the ability to work independently, exercising judgment and initiative in a variety of operational and administrative areas.

Internship Term: Full time - onsite (40 hours/week) - One year with a potential for second year

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist Sr. Manager of Alumni Relations with scheduling Steelers Alumni Appearance Requests
· Assist with input/upkeep of Steelers Alumni database
· Assist with opportunities to collaborate with Steelers Alumni on additional event programming, charities, and more
· Support gameday and event appearances with Steelers Alumni
· Support Football Development and Marketing teams in other various support requests as needed
· Support Youth Football staff and events including database and event management

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
· Preferred degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, Business Administration or related field
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
· Strong organization and time management skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities in a high energy environment
· Ability to maintain attention to detail and to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines
· Possess high level of verbal, written and interpersonal communications
· Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information
· Ability to work Steelers events and home games, including evenings and weekends
