Department: Suite Sales & Suiteholder Experience
Reports to: Manager, Suite Sales 
Summary Description
 Suite Sales Executive is responsible for the sale of annual and game day suites at FirstEnergy Stadium and reports directly to the Manager, Suite Sales.
  • Prospect, establish, research and close annual and single game suite leads 
  • Develop new business while building the “next generation” of suiteholders
  • Generate sales via appointment setting, local prospecting, networking and cold calling
  • Meet or exceed all predetermined activity and sales goals
  • Assist with all service efforts as they relate to annual and game day suite clientele
  • Perform assigned game day duties  
  • Additional duties as assigned by Director and Senior Management
  • 4 year college degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of 4 years high-level, direct sales experience
  • Prior experience within service or sports industry highly desired
  • Detail oriented, ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Exceptional telephone and in-person presence and client service skills
  • Ability to handle heavy phone volume, both inbound and outbound
  • Must possess strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and handle changes in a fast paced environment
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of the department
  • Possess independent computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and willing to learn more
