Partnership Activation Intern - Year Long (June 1, 2018 - May 31, 2019)

  • Proposal Creation/Editing
o    Responsible for editing and creating proposals for new business under the instruction of sales manager
o    Sit in on meetings with current or potential clients
o    Contribute activation ideas
o    Use Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop to generate creatives for sales managers
o    Pull statistics from Scarborough Research Systems to help build new proposals
o    Create professional graphs/charts in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word to be used in presentations
o    Assist with the planning, organization and execution of corporate partner related events and other activation
o    Helps input information into partnership contracts,  premium suite contracts, radio and sales leads
o    Conducts research on various fronts such as halftime shows, information relevant to sponsors etc.  
  • Game Day Entertainment
o    Responsible for scheduling National Anthem, Honor Guard, and Halftime
o    Work with budget for halftime shows
o    Contact talents for Game Day logistics and send game tickets and parking pass in the mail 2 weeks prior to respected game
o    Act as Bengals representative for any questions/concerns talent may have
  •  Kids Club
o    Work closely with the director of the Kids Club to help redevelop the program
o    Plan and execute events
o    Writing monthly newsletter
o    Brainstorming innovative ways to engage members
o    Communicate with agency regarding kits
o    Research membership options pertaining to kit items and renewals
o    Oversee informational booths when activated
o    Handling any issues that may arise for all members
  • Women’s Club
o    Work closely with the director of the Women’s Club
o    Plan and execute events
o    Brainstorm innovative ways to engage, add, and retain members
o    Communicate with agency regarding membership kits and member statuses
o    Handling any issues that may arise for all members
  • Hospitality
o   Day to day collaboration with the coordinators to plan and execute marketing hospitality
o   Provide tours for any employee that requests them to do so
o   Schedule arrangements for sponsors to be accommodated within the stadium
  • Ben-Gals
o   Manage Ben-Gal cheerleading appearances
o   Work with Ben-Gal Director on availability
  • Who Dey
o    Manage Who Dey mascot appearances
o    Work with Who Dey talent on availability
o    Keep spread sheet of Who Dey appearance costs
  • Invoices
o    Collect weekly corporate invoices
o    Track received corporate invoices in STR and Accounts Receivable
  • Office Duties
o   Sponsorship mailings
o   Mail and Merchandise room organization
o   Maintain inventory of donation and client give away items
o   Take photos for coordinators, sales managers and or sponsors
  • Training Camp
o    Develop schedule for the training camp staff
o    Activate presenting sponsor promotions and signage
o    Lead the other interns throughout the duration of training camp
o    Check-in guests with credentials
o    Monitor both VIP tents and ensure what is best for both parties
o    Facilitate autograph session following practice
  • Game Day
o    Organize hospitality the week of
o    Prep promotional materials
o    Manage promotions (ex. Pepsi Captain of the Game)
o    Attends all home games as member of game day staff
o    Radio with coordinators and staff to efficiently execute each game and its marketing efforts
  • Miscellaneous
o    Contribute to weekly meetings with the department
o    Analyze weekly goals and tasks
o    Manual labor including but not limited to moving chairs, tables, rearranging for events
o    Place supply orders at the request of the department
