Job Title: Marketplace Data Contractor 
Reports To: Senior Director, Sales & Marketing 
Positions Directly Supervised: None
 
Job Function: This role is designed to help USA Football further define the size and scope of the youth tackle and flag marketplace. This is a data entry role, researching youth programs by city and state, populating databases and/or adding additional data to existing identified organizations as necessary. 
 
 
Job Responsibilities: 
 
  • Complete and input detailed information on youth organizations nationwide 
  • Follow defined methodology to identify organizations by city, county and state 
  • Ability to type 40WPM and edit documents 
  • High attention to detail and strong consistency skills 
  • Intermediate familiarity with spreadsheet products 
  • Search web and databases for defined information  
     
Job Requirements: 
 
  • Organizational skills to stay on task and rapidly fill out information 
  • Excellent written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated teamwork and work ethic 
  • Prior prospecting or sales experience 
  • Intermediate spreadsheet and research skills with a high attention to detail 
  • Very comfortable sitting and filling out spreadsheet information 
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar tools 
 
Notes:  
 
  • Familiarity with football, youth sports or coaching a plus 
  • Part Time: Up to 30 hours per week 
  • Rate: $12 / hour with some additional incentives for performance 
  • Total Hiring: At least 6 Contractors
