Graphic Design Intern

Internship: Internship
Provides support for the Marketing Department through the design of a wide variety of sales and marketing materials. Designs ads, flyers, and promotional materials for both print and web applications. Supports the designers within the Marketing group with production work and job/project management. 
  • Design marketing materials including but not limited to: flyers, advertisements, emails, logos, online advertisements, social graphics, and presentations.
  • Assist with electronic file archiving and physical organization of samples past work.
  • Work with photographers to maintain the photography archive and specific photo requests.
  • Work with print vendors to gather quotes and assist with proofing process.
  • Assist the Marketing/Ticketing departments with large-scale initiatives including training camp, draft party, gamedays and special events. This support will include a variety of tasks outside of graphic design including light physical labor. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong visual design skills
  • Experience designing across a wide variety of mediums 
  • Well organized with ability to maintain multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to fill a wide variety of support roles  
  • A passion for sports and design
  • Demonstrated expertise using the following design software:
  • Adobe Creative Suite: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, DreamWeaver
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook
  • Ability to take digital photographs
  • Working knowledge of HTML and web design
  • Experience with email marketing 

Time Frame: 
Most of our intern placements will last the duration of the NFL season (approx. late June or early July – February). 

Applicant must: 
  • Be currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a four year college or university. Grad school students are eligible to apply as well. 
  • Have authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Have a current driver’s license
  • Be able to work 30 hours per week as well as game day/nights, weekends and other various events

Selection Process:
Final applicants will be contacted and invited to participate in our interview process starting in early May. All interviews will take place at our team headquarters in Renton or at our stadium in Seattle and must be done in person. Further, we will not pay for any interview related expenses such as travel or lodging; these expenses are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
