The New York Jets are one of the most dynamic organizations in sports and entertainment. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated sales professional to join our Premium Partnerships team and help drive premium suite and hospitality sales for Jets home games at MetLife Stadium.
What You’ll Do
• Drive Sales: Prospect and close premium suite opportunities through cold calling, in-person & virtual meetings, social selling, and leveraging your network.
• Create Solutions: Design tailored proposals for full-season, half-season, and single-event suites.
• Engage Clients: Deliver compelling presentations and stadium tours to prospective buyers.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with B2B clients and partners.
• Own the Process: Manage all revenue-generating activities—from lead generation for new sales to renewing current book of business.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Minimum 5 years selling premium suites, tickets, and/or hospitality for sports, entertainment, or live events.
• Track Record: Proven ability to exceed sales goals and close deals.
• Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills; expertise in lead generation, cold calling and relationship building.
• Flexibility: Ability to work all Jets home games, MetLife Stadium third-party events, partner events, and team travel—including nights, weekends, and holidays. When not on business related meetings, expectation is to be in office in Florham Park, NJ Monday-Friday.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary range for this role: USD $80,000 - $90,000 per year and discretionary annual company bonus, dependent on the specific qualifications of the successful candidate.  Company benefit programs for full-time employees include: robust medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible-spending and dependent-care account options, company-paid life, AD&D, and disability insurance plans, with additional voluntary supplemental term life & AD&D insurance options, and a variety of other health & wellbeing offerings; 401k plan participation (after 500 hours of service) with company-match and discretionary employer-funded defined contribution; PTO, sick time, paid maternity/parental leave; and access to tickets and parking for all New York Jets home games.
