The New York Jets are seeking a creative and driven Seasonal Producer/Editor to join our award-winning Content & Production team. This position is ideal for a passionate content creator with strong editing skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is eager to contribute across a variety of platforms.

As a key member of the team, this seasonal role will help shape content across all social platforms while also supporting broader production efforts, including documentary, studio, live production, marketing, community, and stadium initiatives. The ideal candidate is equal parts shooter and editor, has a strong sense of digital trends, and can execute quickly without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
Short-Form & Social Content
• Produce and edit dynamic content tailored for social media platforms including Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate closely with content & production team to optimize edits for platform trends, storytelling formats, and audience engagement.
• Assist in repackaging long-form, studio, and web content into concise, scroll-stopping pieces for distribution across all team channels.
Production & Support
• Support the production team on a wide range of shoots, both in-studio and on-location, including player interviews, behind-the-scenes coverage, and other off-site events.
• Assist in operating cameras, lighting, and audio gear while learning best practices from other producers.
• Help maintain and organize production equipment, while developing fluency in camera systems.
• Log and tag practice and game footage using internal media management systems to ensure efficient organization.
Cross-Team Integration
• Work closely with other producers and content team members to ensure assets are optimized and delivered on deadline.
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions that align with production best practices, brand tone, and platform-specific best practices.
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in a content production environment, preferably within sports or entertainment.
• Strong editing background with proven proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience with After Effects and/or Photoshop is a plus.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms, with a strong sense of what performs in today’s digital landscape.
• Comfort working with professional camera equipment and understanding of basic shooting techniques.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to take direction and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and game days.

Salary range for this role: USD $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.  Company benefit programs for seasonal employees include: robust medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k plan participation (after 1000 hours + one year of service) with company-match; PTO, sick time
