Job Description:
Work closely with the Sponsorship Activation team on planning, fulfilling, activating, and recapping high-level corporate partnerships and assisting in the execution of client sponsorship deliverables across all organizational business lines.
Responsibilities:
• Partnership summary and recap compilation – assisting in the creation of recap presentations for current partnerships, including digital/social metric tracking, and documenting proof of execution.
• Assist with partner events, including managing RSVP’s and check-in
• Assist with Draft and Training Camp hospitality and credential allotments as well as activations
• Gameday hospitality, activation preparation and execution (pregame field passes, suite collateral, alumni appearances, and partner activations)
• Assist with large mailings such as opening season or holiday gifting
• Help execute player autograph signings
• Administrative support and event assistance
• Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, proven ability to problem-solve and act with a sense of urgency
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to accept all assignments, quick learner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Must be able to work approximately 40 hours per week which includes evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work all NYJ home games for the 2026-2027 season
The salary for this role: USD $16.00 per hour, depending on the specific qualifications of the successful candidate. Company benefit programs for seasonal employees include: robust medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k plan participation (after 1000 hours + one year of service) with company-match; PTO, sick time.
