The New York Jets are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to support our international fan engagement efforts, with a focus on the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the 2025 London Games. This role involves working with internal teams and external partners to grow our international fan base and deliver engaging experiences.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director of Strategy and Manager of International in executing the Jets’ 2025 international strategy
• Lead content creation and management for the Jets International Membership Club (NY Jets FC):
o Develop and upload engaging content (e.g., photo galleries, polls, games, challenges)
o Maintain the platform and ensure content is current and high-quality
o Support sweepstakes, contests, and exclusive ticketing campaigns
o Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements
o Collaborate with marketing, creative, customer service, and tech teams
• Support planning and execution of international events, fan experiences, and promotional activities tied to the 2025 London Games
• Prepare internal updates and reports on international initiatives
• Coordinate with partners including NFL UK & Ireland and SPORTFIVE
• Conduct market research and identify international growth opportunities
• Analyze fan engagement, sponsorship, and market trends
• Support day-to-day operations in the UK & Ireland markets
• Monitor competitor activity and prepare intelligence reports
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint; Excel knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with digital platforms and social media
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Passion for sports and international fan engagement
• Experience living or working in the UK is a plus
The salary range for this position is $28-$32 per hour.
