The New York Jets Premium Partnerships team is seeking driven, ambitious individuals to join us as Sales Development Representatives. Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and qualify businesses that value premium hospitality.
• Build relationships with executives and influencers across the region and nation.
• Set appointments for senior sales executives and assist in closing deals.
• Represent the Jets brand at home games and marquee events.
• Drive new revenue through creative outreach and top down selling (Suites, Groups, and Season Tickets)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Coachable, competitive, and eager to learn every day.
• Passion for sales and building relationships.
• Ability to work Jets home games and special events.
• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience preferred.
• Required to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM at our Florham Park, NJ office
Interviews will begin in December 2025 and will occur on a rolling basis. This is an 8-month seasonal position beginning in February 2026.
The salary for this role: USD $17.50 per hour. Company benefit programs for seasonal employees include: robust medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k plan participation (after 1000 hours + one year of service) with company-match; PTO, sick time.
