The New York Jets Premium Partnerships department is seeking a qualified candidate who is enthusiastic, committed, and has a strong work ethic. The Premium Partnerships Sales & Service Operations Manager is an integral member of both the service and sales teams. The primary responsibility of this role is to aid in the strategic forecasting, tracking, and analysis of suite sales and retention. The Manager will assist with campaign ideation & management, sales reporting, CRM maintenance, inventory management, ROI tracking, administrative support, and Jets home gameday execution. This position serves as the liaison between the Premium Partnerships department and various internal departments, including but not limited to Business Intelligence, Finance, Legal, Sponsorship, and Consumer Sales.
Responsibilities:
• Sales Reporting: track & report sales on weekly, monthly and game by game basis
• Inventory Management: Keep an accurate manifest of sold, reserved, and available suite inventory using the Suite Visualizer
• Campaign Management: Assist with brainstorming new sales campaigns, sourcing lead lists and reporting on campaign progress
• Daily CRM management: update suite account records and maintain accurate marketing lists. Strong focus on suite touchpoint and ROI campaigns that include, but are not limited to, ticket and event utilization and conversion.
• Individual Game Rentals: track & communicate needs of individual game rental clients to all appropriate parties. Act as main point of contact for ticket operations team as well as in-stadium caterers
• Assist sales and service teams with daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive in identifying opportunities, diagnosing challenges, and developing plans for improvement
• Well organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong, effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• An ability to produce high quality work while meeting deadlines
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience with Box Office and/or Business Analysis software such as Archtics, PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics KORE CRM, Activate, etc.
• Proactive, creative and willing to learn on the go
• Flexible team player, willing to go the extra mile while maintaining a positive attitude
• Must be available to work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends/holidays as per the MetLife Stadium summer concert schedule, NY Jets training camp schedule, Jets home game schedule, and any additional partnership events
• Position is based in Florham Park, NJ. Frequent travel is required to MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. Candidate is required to provide own transportation to and from locations
Salary range for this role: USD $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year and discretionary annual company bonus, dependent on the specific qualifications of the successful candidate.
