The New York Jets Creative Team is looking for a talented, motivated designer to support the day-to-day visual needs of our Marketing team. Reporting to the Manager of Creative, this role will help concept and execute high-impact creative across ticketing campaigns, communications, app design, and co-branded sponsorship integrations.
This designer will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across a wide range of marketing initiatives developing modern, engaging, and authentic visuals that align with Jets Brand while pushing creative forward. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a sharp eye for design detail.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced NFL environment, is energized by teamwork, and understands how to translate strategy into compelling creative that resonates with fans across platforms. This role also requires adaptability in real-time moments, including support across Jets events, games, and breaking news situations.
Key Requirements
• 1–3 years of design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Experience designing for a wide range of platforms and applications including social, digital, and print.
• A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals, visual storytelling, and creativity.
• Background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with cross-departmental teams to ideate and execute creative aligned with the New York Jets brand standards.
• Create engaging, high-impact visuals that drive ticket sales, fan engagement, and overall brand growth.
• Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams on a daily basis to deliver cohesive creative.
• Maintain a high level of quality control, ensuring all deliverables meet professional and brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and team objectives are met.
• Execute a wide range of creative across marketing campaigns, partnerships, and organizational initiatives.
• Stay flexible and responsive to shifting priorities, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Support creative needs during Jets games, events, and real-time content moments (including nights/weekends as needed).

• A strong eye for composition, color, typography, and brand consistency.
• Ability to craft visuals that feel native to each platform while elevating the Jets brand.
• Excellent storytelling instincts and passion for sports and marketing.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and receptive to feedback.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and deliver under pressure.
• Experience in professional or collegiate sports is a plus.

Salary range for this role: USD $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year and discretionary annual company bonus, dependent on the specific qualifications of the successful candidate.
