Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Alumni Alley (set up/break down, crowd control, hype crowd, broadcast appearance)
- Assist with gameday activations
- Monitor food and beverage, custodial, merchandise issues on all levels, including clubs
- Support other departments as needed
- Act as eyes and ears observer for all aspects of the gameday experience in all areas of the stadium
- Enhance the gameday experience for the fans
- Engage with fans about their experience, announce activations and new features
Requirements:
- Must commit to working ALL NY Jets home games, including preseason
- Professional demeanor, hospitable and customer service oriented
- Ability to muti-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to accept all assignments, quick learner
- Attention to detail, proven ability to problem solve and act with a sense of urgency
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
- Must have transportation to and from MetLife Stadium
- Comfortable outside in the elements
- You cannot receive school credit for this position
The salary for this role: $16.00/hour
