Ticket Sales and Services: Client Relations/Customer Service
Job Summary:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for administrating and coordinating all aspects of relationship building, customer service and fan engagement with our Season Ticket Holders.  Individual should have a strong desire to build a career in professional sports 
• Assist Premium, Season ticket and Group sales team with processing orders and payments
• Procures a required number of outbound calls each day to meet established customer service objectives plus, generates season ticket, suite, and group ticket revenue
• Oversee the sales and service email inbox which entails distributing leads, answering questions, concerns, and special requests from Season Ticket Holders as well as general fans
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with our season ticket base and fans
• Provide superior customer service to all season ticket holders and prospects
• Assist season ticket accounts with any and all questions as it relates to the Jets Rewards Loyalty Program
• Work closely with all sales executives to identify and continuously fulfill customer expectations
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 1 year of experience within the customer service industry
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills including strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives
• Must possess problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends & holidays
• Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel and fans at MetLife Stadium
• Proficiency and/or experience with Microsoft CRM (Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) preferred
• Interpersonal skills- listen to others, works well in a team environment
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquires or complaints
